Coping is what you do to get through. Some ways cost more than others. Counting without judging shows you when and why you reach for something, which is the first thing you need if you ever want to change it. You don't have to.

Share for research
An anonymous file you can give to a researcher. It contains no notes, no dates, no clock times and no identifiers. Times become a day number (day 0 = your first copium in the file), weekday and part of day. Your usual and lock settings are not included. Each export gets a new random id, so two exports cannot be linked.
Backup for yourself
Private: includes exact times and your notes. Use it to move to another device. Don't share it.
App version
Version unknown. Updates come from this site only; your data stays as it is.
Erase everything
